2. Booking & Payment

  • A booking is not confirmed until payment and/or a signed agreement is received.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Full payment is due before the event date unless agreed otherwise.

  • Late payments may result in service cancellation.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Client cancellations may result in loss of deposit.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

  • If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to a refund of payments made.

4. Event Conditions

  • Client agrees to provide safe working conditions, including adequate space and power.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe or abusive.

  • Client is responsible for any damage to equipment caused by guests, venue staff, or unsafe conditions.

5. Music & Content

  • While we do our best to honor music requests, we reserve creative control.

  • We are not responsible for offensive content requested by clients or guests.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, images, and media, is owned by or licensed to Hodson Event Entertainment L.L.C. and may not be used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to our services or website use. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for services.
